Pregnancy is an incredible journey, and staying active can make all the difference in how you feel throughout and how well your body prepares for birth. Our Preggy Pilates class is designed specifically for expecting moms, providing safe, gentle exercises to support your changing body.

Reconnect with Your Body in Our Postpartum Recovery Mama & Baby Pilates Class
Classes run over the school term & break for school holidays.
Welcoming a new baby is an exciting but challenging time, and taking care of yourself is just as important as caring for your little one. Our Postpartum Recovery Mama & Baby Pilates class is designed to gently guide you back into movement, helping your body recover while bonding with your baby (babies under 8 months welcome to join (not yet crawling)).
This class creates a safe and supportive environment where you can:
Restore core strength: Rebuild your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles after childbirth.
Gently tone and strengthen: Focus on controlled movements that are safe for postpartum recovery, gradually rebuilding your strength.
Bond with your baby: Babies are welcome to join, and you’re free to stop at any time to soothe, feed, or cuddle.
Connect with other moms: It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet other moms in the same season of life, sharing experiences and creating new friendships.
This class offers drop-in sessions or a 10-class package, perfect for your own recovery journey or as a thoughtful baby shower gift for a friend! Vouchers can be easily arranged by emailing me, and a beautifully designed PDF gift voucher will be sent to you for the mom-to-be.
