Focusing on healthy weight & nutrition management throughout, in order to support mother & baby
Optimise breast milk production & progressively lose the postpartum baby weight, regaining strength so you can feel comfortable in your skin and focus on all those baby cuddles.
This includes preparation for pregnancy, each trimester and postpartum care.
Each program is highly individual and tailored specifically to your own needs. We spend 12 weeks working towards your priority goals for that season, from pre-pregnancy, through each trimester and into the postpartum period. Our focus is setting your body up for a healthy pregnancy and recovery. We aim to achieve a healthy maternal hormonal and nutrient status, a balanced body weight before & throughout pregnancy and work towards healthy weight gain projections for optimal health both for Mama and baby. Focus on eating the right foods and clarifying the list of foods that may pose a risk to your baby.
Postpartum we focus on optimising your breast milk supply and your overall nutrient status. Getting your body slowly back into a strong a comfortable place through careful weight management and physical care.
Every 12 weeks we work towards setting in place a well-defined nutrition approach, appropriate supplementation, habits & behaviours and planned movement, tailored specifically to you, your trimester and your lifestyle so that you can reach your goals
